Breathless

In this third season, the arrival of podcast host Judit Casat (Belén Cuesta) as the hospital’s new manager will put all the medical staff under pressure, and especially board president Patricia Segura (Najwa Nimri). The rivalry between surgeons Jésica (Blanca Suárez) and Pilar (Aitana Sánchez-Gijón) over the head of department position will open up a difficult-to-close divide. Biel (Manu Ríos) will have to choose between Jésica and Lucía (Claudia Traisac) while starting in a new department that brings all his past traumas back to the surface. Quique (Xoán Fórneas) will discover painful truths about himself after Jon (Pablo Alborán) avoids all contact with him. May (Marwa Bakhat) will see her relationship with Rocío (Macarena Rueda) put at risk—this time because of her own actions. And what about Néstor (Borja Luna) and Patricia? Will the president recover?
