Screeners are not available for all titles. To request access to a screener for a specific film, series or special, please check the title page for that film or series and contact the publicists listed on that page with your request.

How do I request screeners?

If you are an accredited member of the press/media, please reach out to your primary Netflix contact to inquire if you are eligible for a complimentary account for press use. If you are interested in signing up for a Netflix account, please visit <a href="{netflix_url}">www.netflix.com</a>.

I don't have a Netflix account, what can I do?

Sign into your Media Center account at media.netflix.com. Once signed in, click on your name in the top right corner, then choose <a href="{my_account_url}">&quot;My Account&quot;</a> from the drop-down menu. On the next screen, under the section &quot;How to watch assigned screeners&quot;, you will be able to choose the Reset PIN option from panel #1. Note: This option is only available once you&apos;ve successfully connected a Netflix.com streaming account to your Media Center account.

How can I reset my Preview Content four-digit PIN?

Who qualifies for Media Center access?

Visit media.netflix.com, select <a href="{login_url}" target="_blank">&quot;Press Log In&quot;</a>, enter your Media Center account email address and select &quot;Continue&quot;. Then, click &apos;Reset Password&apos;, and click &apos;Reset Password&apos; again on the next screen.

How do I reset my password?

First, make sure you’re logged into your Media Center account. If you’re still having trouble accessing information after logging in, please submit the “Contact Us” form.

I have a Media Center account, but I'm still having trouble accessing assets and publicist contact information. What should I do?

First, check your spam folder. Next, contact your email administrator and/or IT team to ensure emails from Netflix (specifically from AccountManagement@mailer.netflix.com and info@mailer.netflix.com) are not being blocked. If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Netflix support via the "Contact Us" form.

I've been having trouble receiving emails about my account, like how to reset my password or my PIN. What should I do?

Click <a href="{login_url}">'Press Log In'</a>, enter your Media Center account email address and select 'Continue'. Then, click 'Reset Password', and click 'Reset Password' again on the next screen.

I have a Media Center account but I can't remember my password.

Yes. To make that change, please reach out to your Netflix PR contact(s).

Can I change the email address linked to my Media Center account if I change companies?

No, your account will need to be approved by a Netflix publicity representative after you've applied for an account. Please submit the “Contact Us” form if you experience a significant delay of more than 3-5 business days.

I just applied for a Media Center account. Is my access automatically approved?

Permission is granted solely for editorial purposes related to Netflix programming only, and for no other purpose. All uses must comply with the <a href="{terms_and_conditions_url}">Netflix Media Center Terms and Conditions</a>.

How am I able to use Netflix photo and/or video assets?

Account sharing is not permitted and doing so may result in your account being suspended. We also discourage outlets from using one email for multiple team members (i.e. editors@outletname.com). All eligible individuals should register for their own account.

Can I share my account with my coworkers?

Screeners are still secure as you are prompted to input a unique, confidential PIN upon the start of each episode.

What if I share my Netflix account with my family?

You can view screeners the same way you enjoy other Netflix series and films – through your Netflix subscriber account. To access screeners, your Media Center account must be connected to your Netflix subscriber account.To do this, go to media.netflix.com and click on Press Log In. Select your name in the top-right of the page, and then click on <a href="{my_account_url}">&quot;My Account&quot;</a>. On the &quot;My Account&quot; page you will see a section on the right that says &quot;Connect Netflix.com account for future screeners.&quot; Next select the &quot;Set up account&quot; button. A &quot;Connect now&quot; button will prompt you to connect your Netflix subscriber account. You must also accept the terms of use for your account before being given access to screeners. The Preview Content row will only appear on your Netflix subscriber account if you have been assigned a screener.

How do I access my screeners?

&bull; You must have been assigned a screener by a Publicity contact in order for the Preview Content row to appear.
&bull; Make sure you are on the main user profile of your Netflix subscriber account (the profile located farthest to the left on the "Who's Watching" selection screen). 
&bull; Make sure you’re looking at the rows on your profile and not the tabs up at the top. 
&bull; If you still don’t see this Preview Content row, log out of your Netflix account and log back in to start a new session. 
&bull; Make sure you don’t have viewing restrictions set up for your main profile. 
If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Netflix support via the “Contact Us” form.

I've been assigned screeners but I'm having trouble finding the Preview Content row on my account. What should I do?

How to watch assigned screeners

Titles

You may not assign Your rights or delegate Your obligations under these Terms without Netflix’s prior written consent. These Terms do not create any rights in any third party. These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. The venue for any dispute or claim shall be Santa Clara County, California. Neither party shall be deemed to be an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of the other. Netflix’s waiver of breach of any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Terms themselves. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as best to accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by law and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

General Provisions

Netflix will interpret Your compliance with these Terms in its sole discretion. Netflix may modify or terminate Your permission to display or use the Netflix Assets at any time. Netflix may take action against any use of the Netflix Assets that does not comply with these Terms or written permission from Netflix, infringes any Netflix owned or licensed intellectual property or other right, or violates applicable law.

Netflix’s Rights

All uses of the Netflix Media Center Assets must conform to the Netflix Brand Guidelines, located at <a href="{brand_url}">{brand_url}</a>, as well as the following requirements, unless You have prior written permission from Netflix:No Modification. The Netflix Assets must be used as provided by Netflix with no modifications. Do not remove, distort or alter any element of the Netflix Assets or change any colors. Do not shorten, abbreviate, or create acronyms out of the Netflix Assets.No Generic Use. Do not use Netflix Assets in a way that suggests a common, descriptive, or generic meaning.No Plural or Possessive Use. Do not use the Netflix Assets in the plural or possessive form.No Incorporation. Do not incorporate Netflix Assets into Your own product name, service names, trademarks, logos, company names, domain names, website titles, publication titles, or the like, unless expressly permitted by Netflix.No confusingly similar marks. Do not use the Netflix Assets, including any Netflix trademark, in a manner that might create confusion about the ownership of the Netflix Assets.No confusing source. Do not use the Netflix Assets, including any Netflix trademark, in a manner that implies that Netflix is the source of Your products or service, or that otherwise might create confusion about the source of the Netflix Assets.Domain names. Do not register the Netflix Assets, including any Netflix trademark, as domain names or as any part of a domain name.Trade dress. Do not copy or imitate Netflix’s website design, typefaces, distinctive color, style, graphic designs, or imagery.Endorsement. Do not display the Netflix Assets in any manner that (i) overstates Your relationship with Netflix; (ii) implies that You have a relationship or affiliation with Netflix; (iii) implies You sponsored or endorsed by Netflix; (iv) implies that any content has been authorized by Netflix; or (v) represents the views or opinions of Netflix or Netflix personnel unless You have prior written permission from Netflix to do so.Prominence. Do not display the Netflix Assets in a manner that makes it the most distinctive or prominent feature on Your web page, printed material, or other content without express written permission from Netflix to do so.Violation of Law. Do not display the Netflix Assets on any website that contains, displays, or promotes pornography or like adult content, or gambling, the sale of tobacco, alcohol, or firearms to persons under twenty-one (21) years of age.Objectionable Use. Do not display the Netflix Assets in a manner that is misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene, or otherwise objectionable to Netflix.Broadcast. The Netflix Assets may not be used in television, film, or video without Netflix’s prior written permission.Book or Other Publication Titles. The Netflix Assets may not be displayed in titles of publications, including books, without Netflix’s prior written permission.Merchandise. The Netflix Assets may not be used or displayed in or on merchandise or manufactured items of any kind without Netflix’s prior written permission.Credit Line: You will reproduce all credit line information provided for the Netflix Assets.

Requirements

Netflix grants You a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to display the Netflix Assets in accordance with these Terms. All use by You of the Netflix Assets (including any goodwill associated therewith) shall inure to the benefit of Netflix. You agree that You shall not challenge, or assist others to challenge, the Netflix Assets or the registration or ownership thereof by Netflix (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law), or attempt to register any Netflix Assets or other names, logos, marks, or materials (including domain names) that are confusingly similar in any way (including but not limited to, sound, appearance and spelling) to any Netflix Assets. The Netflix Assets are provided "as is" and Netflix disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of noninfringement. Netflix shall not be liable to You under any theory of liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages arising out of the Netflix Assets or Your use thereof. This limitation shall apply even if Netflix was advised of, or should have been aware of, the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in such jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations stated in these Terms shall apply to You to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing herein grants You any right, title or interest in or to the Netflix Media Center Assets.

Your Rights To Use Netflix Assets

These Netflix Media Center Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Netflix Media Center and any press assets, including but not limited to photographic or other audio-visual materials, Netflix trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks, service names, or other distinctive features owned by Netflix (“Netflix Assets”), made available via the Netflix Media Center, located at <a href="{media_link}">{media_link}</a>, or other Netflix website, or otherwise from Netflix; and you (“You”) agree to be bound by these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any applicable written agreement between You and Netflix, the written agreement shall prevail.
