Brotherhood

Set in the mid-90s, Brotherhood follows the story of Cristina (Naruna Costa), an honest and dedicated lawyer, who discovers that her estranged brother has been in prison and is a leader of a rising criminal faction. Coerced by the police, she is forced to become an informant and work against her brother whom she always idolized. But as she infiltrates the Brotherhood, she begins to question what’s right and what’s just. In Season 2, after a successful plan that put the Irmandade on every news coverage, Cristina will taste power for the first time. However, she will have to bear the consequences of her choices and prove her loyalty to her brother, Edson (Seu Jorge) while he becomes increasingly authoritarian and violent.

After a successful plan that put the Brotherhood on every newspaper, Cristina will taste power for the first time. Inebriated by it, she will do whatever it takes to take the faction to the next level and spread its world around the country. But now, the stakes are higher. Edson is being life-threaten in jail and is facing extortion by the corrupt chief of Security. Cristina will need to come up with a much more complex plan while she tries to win back Darlene's trust and mislead their other brother, Marcel who just joined the police.
